FRANGITURA: Typical tuscan varieties of olive tree including frantoio mostly and, to a lesser extent, Leccino, Moraiolo and pendolino. The Olives are harvested by hand prior to be fully mature and then cold pressed within 24 hours. in order to obtain extra virgin olive oil of excellent quality, low acidity with a high phenol content. Our Olive Oil has an intense flavour, yet it is gentle on the palate, with a fragrance that has an inkling of artichoke and almond, typical of the tuscan olive oil.
